Leadership Academy

The non-commissioned officer corps is often referred to as “the backbone” of the military. They are the primary and most visible leaders for most military personnel and are the leaders primarily responsible for executing a military organization’s mission and for training personnel to execute those missions.

The equivalent of the military NCO to civilian life is middle management, which is often comprised of managers, department heads, and supervisors. NCOs are the primary link between the workforce and the “boss” or Executives. Their advice and guidance is particularly important for junior executives, who begin their careers in a position of authority, but generally lack practical experience.

NCO training and education typically includes leadership and management as well as job-specific training.

The NCO School from Call Sign Redbeard should be an integral step in the education and grooming of future leaders within your organization. It will prepare them for positions of leadership and increased responsibilities in the future.
