Sweat out all the bad food you’ve been eating…

As much as I love physical activity, I hate sweating.

Bald head, nothing to keep it out of my eyes, feel all icky when I go inside. You know the drill.

So I didn’t think I would enjoy doing the sauna thing, but I was way wrong. I love it! It’s not only beneficial and healthy, but I’ve found my sauna time to be one of the most relaxing times of my day.

Here’s my protocol…

  1. I sit in the steam sauna for 30 minutes.
  2. The hop straight into my cold plunge for 3-10 minutes.
  3. Then shower.

I feel energized and amazing after I’m done.

I bought my steam sauna after seeing an Instagram add for them. It’s just a small little thing, but works perfect. It even came with a cold plunge tank.

I did some unboxing videos for it just in case it turned out to be cheap crap…

Now I’m thinking about buying one of these infrared dry saunas to add to my routine and alternate with the steam one.

I would highly recommend adding some temeperature therapy to your regimen. Don’t wait for the new year or something. Do it anytime.

If money is an issue, start with a cold plunge for under a $100, then upgrade to the steam, then go whole hog on the dry sauna.

The guy over here sweating like a ho in church…

P.S. I’m opening up space for more moms and dads who are serious about building multiple streams of income and escaping the W2 and side hustle life. I’d be grateful if you’d share my mission with someone who needs it. My goal this coming year is to help as many families as possible get their time and freedom back.
